Confidentiality at a Principle Quest Retreat

Unless we feel safe, we cannot feel comfortable in any setting. At a Principle Quest retreat, we address our deeply held values and see how our behavior aligns with those values. Therefore building a trusting and confidential community is critical. Understanding the covenant of confidentiality is all important, and we spend time understanding just what that means the very first evening. No list of participants is ever given to anyone other than the women who are attending, and the facilitator does not reveal who has attended a retreat.

We expect and ask those who attend to honor this covenant of confidentiality because you honor your fellow journeyers, not discussing them or telling their stories in any way.  As a participant, you keep the focus on yourself, your insights, your journey. It works!
